PopUp Book Heart’s Birthday Party
This was a GIANT project chosen by our older LO and she is very excited and more than happy to be able to show it all done and beautifully illustrated to her friends in school tomorrow.
We are somewhat in a “My Little Pony” phase…one really has to be careful not to step on some of these cuties, they are everywhere…they have to eat breakfast with us, they watch during bathtub time, and obviously they have to come with us EVERYWHERE… Familiar???
So when this phase began our LO wrote a story and drew pictures. We turned it into a popup book. It was such a fun project and time spent together with her. It simply amazed us what a 5 year old can do…writing, drawing (with help for the pop up of course), putting together a story, and pushing to finish this big project.
