Meet little paper bird Tim
Little Paper Bird Tim is no ordinary bird, of course, he is a dad! “Daddy bird,…, daddy bird” in fact he is called by his two little baby birds Sophie and Charlie who are anxiously waiting for Daddy Tim to return home. Why??? Because Daddy Tim always brings yummy food back home and Sophie and Charlie are ALWAYS hungry.
Mama Bird, lovingly called Fluf by Tim, her husband, often has to calm down the two and remind them not to be too loud as there was a third little baby bird still sleeping in its egg shell.
Lots of adventures await the little bird family!
Hattifant is currently working together with some amazing teachers from St. Andrews International School, Bangkok, Thailand to create early years lesson plans for teachers and for home schooling setting including stories, activity sheets and more.
Stay tuned!!!
How to make Paper Bird Tim
So here is Tim for you to make and invite into your home!
Print off the version you require:
Hattifant Paper Bird US Letter
Then follow the guidelines and hopefully with the video your bird will be in one piece in no time.
- Cut out the pieces!
2. Score the lines and fold!
3. Glue bird sides together.
4. And attach the wings on each side with glue or tape (thusfar double sided tape has proven better!!! 😉 )
And if you like and it would make me soooo very happy then please send a picture of it.
Many thanks for joining the fun!
Happy crafting!
