Kitchen Set

Sink & Oven

Like any other child our little ones love pretend play. Hence we saw the need for a kitchen. I used one big moving box for the sink and a smaller one for the oven. I found some beautiful tile patterns at “Antikbau Stawe” company’s website  to print out and bought a water tab and washing up bowl for the sink, and handle for the oven at our convenience store. Not expensive but makes the look more real and the water tab is a definite hit with our children. Milk bottle tops for knobs/switches for the oven and we were all set.

Ooh no, hold on…see the adorable illustrations on the cupboard doors of the sink? They were designed by Elina Ellis. I am the biggest fan of her art! You can find out more about her and her work at http://www.elinaellis.co.uk/.
